Stress Assigment

1. Stress is not something we can ignore in our life's Handling the stress is much more than avoiding it and , in doing so , avoiding all challenges and possible successes.

2. You can you identify stress in many different ways there is positive caused by happy circumstances and Negative caused by unhappy circumstances.

3.You can relieve stress on many different ways depends on what kind of stress you are dialing in your life , for example :
- Time management
- Recognize your your symptoms of stress
- Get enough sleep

2.I have this stress because in some circumstances they don't act like usually , they get really annoying and they act really in mature for they're age.
2. I have stresses with school because sometimes the teachers give to much for homework what is going to be due the next day without considering they there is some other stuff and there is another subjects.
2.Sometimes I have stress in relationship doesn't matter what kind of relationship it is when something goes wrong and they want to have the power on your own life .

1. If I was dating someone for two weeks that a short period of time for me to know somebody because you don't judge people how they look outside, or the way u are attractive to them u look inside but that is a Short period of time so that why I can be sexually active , Even If I know I like but I can be sure that he is not going to leave me after that.

Analyzing Relationships

The healthy characteristics of this relationship is that they take care of their self's, They share stuff together, but the unhealthy characteristic in this relationship is they they don't listen the other person idea, One partner always want to be in charge in everything what is happening in the relationship and they also don't treat each other with dignity because always one in the relationship makes the other fell not able to make decisions by it self.
There is definitely problems in this relationship because obviously they don't have the same character they think on different ways the one is in charge almost in everything what is happening in the relationships , and the other one is just left out. They can ask for help in place where Special people give advices about problems teenagers have these days. In this relationship actual you can't say who is going to end it because the girl can freak out and say It's over , but on the other side the boy can be like I can't live this life anymore.
She needs to ask for some help so she can change her attitude , but for the boy I think he needs to put end of this relationship even it's going to hurt because he really loves her because if he didn't he will no live this torture what he is living now but he needs to end it because nobody can make sure that she is going to change her attitude.

Healthy relationships

My opinion about the abuse in the relationship is that it happened a lot in these days it's something really bad that you can feel trough the relationship you have, to hear something from the person you love and care about.
I think there is a lot of girls that need help because now that start to have relationship on younger age and they don't consider about the problems they have or they may not, but even they have the problems they don't look for help because they are afraid doing that.
Yes guys need help to because in most of the situations they cause the problems by the way they act , they always want to be in charge of everything in the relationship , but if that happened , Yes they need ask for help because they usually don't know how to deal with it , because they are afraid from the fact how is going to end.

About peoples eating habits I don't think that is going to be publically because one person can not make a difference by stoping eating fast foods. It's really important to have your self educated in healthy food choices because by doing that you take care of you are own body and life.
